Think for 12 people, this wellbeing and yoga week will be focus on 4 axis:

Programs are not compulsory but doing them allows you to enjoy the benefits of the week.

4 Synergic programs

Personalised nutritive program

  • Diagnostic on internet 3 weeks before the week begin
  • Nutritional and micro-nutritional personal statement when you arrive
  • Follow-up during the week
  • 2 calls one month and 2 months later
  • Cooking lessons
  • Food choice appropriate for each one

Yoga program 

  • Yoga lessons : at least 1h30 a day
  • Conscious Hiking
  • Breathing
  • Meditation

Wellbeing program

  • Nordic Spa
  • Sauna
  • Deckchairs on terraces with view of Mont Blanc
  • Optionnal : Massages

Nature program

  • Walking around the chalet (1h to 3h a day)
  • Landscapes to observe
  • Fauna and Flora local
